CAE Expands Global Network with New Training Center in Vienna Announcement

Global flight training leader, CAE, recently announced its plans to open a new business aviation training center in Vienna, Austria. The company also recently announced that it opened a training center in Las Vegas. State-of-the-Art Flight Simulators

Initially, CAE Vienna will operate six full-flight simulators (FFS). One of these simulators will be the first FFS for the Bombardier Global 7500 to be located in Europe, with the fifth becoming operational globally. A second FFS will be a Global 6000 Vision system, and the other four simulators will support undisclosed aircraft types. The 8,000-square-meter facility has growth potential to house up to nine FFSs, making it one of the most advanced pilot training experiences in Central Europe.

With the addition of the Phenom 300 sim in Vienna, 21 Aviation believes it will bring the total number of Phenom simulators to eight world-wide.
